In 2022, the Black Real Estate Forum, LLC (the "Forum") is launching two new social impact private equity real estate funds: Black Doctors Real Estate Fund and Black Lawyers Real Estate Fund.
Black Doctors Real Estate Fund and Black Lawyers Real Estate Fund will raise millions of dollars from Black medical professionals (Doctors, Dentists, Psychiatrists, Nurses, Pharmacists, etc.) and Black lawyers to invest in commercial real estate in Black communities across America (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Black Doctors Real Estate Fund and Black Lawyers Real Estate Fund will utilize Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Reg. D, Reg. CF, and Reg. A+ exemptions to raise investment capital. The Forum has a pipeline of actionable opportunities, driven by its network of experienced Black joint-venture partners to minimize risk, improve execution, and increase profits. Black Doctors Real Estate Fund and Black Lawyers Real Estate Fund will invest up to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) with Black commercial real estate developers (i.e.: joint-venture partners) per small-to-midsize residential and multi-family properties (new construction, gut renovations, and fix and flip). Black Doctors Real Estate Fund and Black Lawyers Real Estate Fund will REQUIRE its Black joint-venture partners to use their investment capital to hire Black: Lawyers, real estate brokers, mortgage bankers, architects, electricians, plumbers, construction contractors, etc. The Black Real Estate Forum, LLC is an advisory firm that specializes in launching economic empowerment campaigns that build wealth and create jobs for Black people in Black communities across America (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
