$5,000 - 1st Vice-Chairperson Fee
1st Vice-Chairpersons (membership fee of $5,000) are granted the option to purchase up to twenty (20) shares/units in one future Reg. A+ investment offering at $1 per share/unit (the general public will pay $1,000 per share/unit).
$4,000 - 2nd Vice-Chairperson Fee
2nd Vice-Chairpersons (membership fee of $4,000) are granted the option to purchase up to sixteen (16) shares/units in one future Reg. A+ investment offering at $1 per share/unit (the general public will pay $1,000 per share/unit).
$3,000 - 3rd Vice-Chairperson Fee
3rd Vice-Chairpersons (membership fee of $3,000) are granted the option to purchase up to twelve (12) shares/units in one future Reg. A+ investment offering at $1 per share/unit (the general public will pay $1,000 per share/unit).
$2,000 - 4th Vice-Chairperson Fee
4th Vice-Chairpersons (membership fee of $2,000) are granted the option to purchase up to eight (8) shares/units in one future Reg. A+ investment offering at $1 per share/unit (the general public will pay $1,000 per share/unit).
$1,000 - Member Fee
Member (membership fee of $1,000) are granted the option to purchase up to four (4) shares/units in one future Reg. A+ investment offering at $1 per share/unit (the general public will pay $1,000 per share/unit).
